I used future to put on a flat roof last summer. This spring there was a small leak. I called them out to fix it, they called me back within 10 minutes and we're out at the house within 30 minutes. They found the leak within a few seconds and it was a quick repair. They honored their warranty faster than I could blink my eyes. That's rare to find nowadays. Awesome service and grateful for the guys down there. I will be using them for any flat roof I do in the future.
